We want you to love your candles as much as we love making them. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in   their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at brandedponyboutique@outlook.com to begin the return/exchange process.

All sale candle purchases are final sale.

Used or burned candles cannot be returned. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Proof of purchase is required. Please provide an order number. 

Please return the item using the original shipping box and packing materials.
